Lesson of life?

Well, this has absolutely nothing to do with anything ive already mentioned in the blog. Just kinda felt like doin it ya know? Just right now, I feel good, and when that happens, I get philosophical. So, for tonight, I'm thinking I'll share a lesson on life :

life, is just like the earth itself. there's night and day, and summer and winter. One is dark is cold, one is bright, and full of heat. but they BOTH come at some point, and they both leave at some point. No denying it, and no need to freak out because you know it'll come again. The way I see it, this can also be applied to good times. I am so tired of people who where ONE bad thing happens to them they think its the end of the world. So what if your laptop isn't working, or your parents say no to you. Big deal. Consider yourself lucky. Some kids, don't have parents for them to get mad at over a simple word. Let alone laptops. I guess just if you feel like the world's against you, wait it out. It'll pass. Really, I wouldn't lie to you, or anyone really. Honesty is another topic I want to hit someday. And if things seem good, just remember they can't always stay that way as much as we would like. So don't worry when Winter comes, or when the moon decides to replace the sun. And if you still freak out, look at the beauty in the world. Sure, night may be dark, but the moon still shines. The stars are in the sky, and the snow can glisten.

Alright, guess thats it. Hope it helps somehow. lesson of life? maybe. But, thats one lesson, Down and Out

  1. Cute. I enjoyed that. Very different than the rest of your posts. I think part of the whole stressing-out-about-little-things is the age we're at. Teenagers think the whole world is about them most of the time. Can't wait to read more.

  8. that sounded both like i was getting on to you, and that i was bein mean to the other grant, so I shall explain : I may not be of the caliber of other writers in our class, but i'm still a writer. Writers shouldnt be compared to other writers, seems to take the THEM-ness of their work. so Maria, hope u dont get teh wrong message and try and pimp slap me monday, and grant, same goes for you
